We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Controller/ administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling various tasks and activities to ensure efficient operations. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Duties
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using appropriate planning tools.
Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Supervise and lead teams, providing guidance on project objectives and expectations.
Utilise knowledge of electrical schematics and mechanical systems to inform scheduling decisions.
Manage resources effectively, ensuring that all necessary materials and personnel are available when needed.
Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Prepare regular reports on project status for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
Apply logic controllers knowledge to optimise scheduling processes and improve efficiency.
General Admin Tasks
Requirements
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication.
Previous experience in supervising teams is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles is required.
Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies is preferred.
Ability to maintain detailed records and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
