Menai Cleaning Services is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team.
Menai Cleaning Services is a large cleaning company based in Gaerwen North Wales. We cover all of North Wales. Our office is based on the Gaerwen Industrial Estate in Gaerwen. Our office is small but busy. The office team consists of only 2 people so the ability to multi-task is a bonus! We would like to find a candidate that can jump in feet first and make this role their own. As an ever-expanding company, there is always more and more opportunity to learn and grow at Menai Cleaning.
This role includes:
Assisting in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Managing budgeting and bookkeeping procedures using Xero
Managing payroll (for 60 employees)
Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Creating and implementing filing systems and documentation as needed
Drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documents
Interacting with the director and carrying out their requests
Assisting in purchase orders and invoicing
Maintaining accurate records of employee holiday requests
Photocopying and filing appropriate documents as needed

Experience:
1-year office Financial / administration experience
NVQ in business Financial / administration (desirable)
Xero Accounting - Min 1 Year Experience
Although experience is preferred, we are looking for the right person more than the right knowledge. All training will be provided 'on the job' and opportunities for formal training will be offered.
