You'll be the engine behind our workshop operations, taking ownership of essential office administration and HR support functions. You'll also work closely with the leadership team to provide day-to-day assistance and coordination, helping them stay organised, informed and focused on big-picture priorities.
The role is based in our offices in Portslade.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the leadership team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and occasional note-taking
General office admin: answering phones, managing office and workshop supplies, coordinating post and deliveries
HR support: arranging interviews, preparing contracts, maintaining personnel files, managing holiday/sick leave trackers etc
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Managing internal communications and updating HR systems
Booking travel/accommodation for the team as needed
Coordinating meetings, workshop diaries and assisting with team events
Liaising with suppliers, IT support, and contractors as required
Ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are maintained
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative and HR support role
Organised, proactive, and confident juggling a variety of tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Word, Excel and basic HR systems
A problem-solver with great attention to detail
Enthusiasm for working in a creative environment
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Ideal wish list:
Experience in a creative company/studio environment
At least a basic knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
Has worked on Apple Macs
