Job Description

Parker Enterprise Company is experienced at successfully delivering bespoke employability, wellbeing, ESOL, digital skills and vocational training solutions throughout the UK, including to the hardest to help and most challenging participants.

Working in a small office, reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will provide a confidential IT and administrative support service and support to help ensure the smooth running of a quickly growing company.

Key Responsibilities



Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Set up new user laptops with full Microsoft 365 suite and 2FA logins Create, manage & assign MS licences via MS 365 Admin Center Experience with MS Entra Admin Center managing identities and associated security settings for each user and access level privileges SharePoint knowledge useful but not essential Familiarity with OneDrive for business for file sharing and access levels Remote user support experience with TeamViewer or similar Troubleshoot user issues with MS file sharing and access levels for company resources A sound technical knowledge of Cloud Based MS web & local apps Identify and troubleshoot user issues with MS apps suite Experience with migrating users from MS personal accounts to MS Business Standard accounts The ability to identify potential security risks and a strategy to mitigate said risks Clear communication and reporting required to company MD & operations manager
Perform confidential secretarial and support function to Director

Training management including diary collation, room bookings and organising staff and tutor packs

Ensure all monthly business reports are delivered on time

General office and administration/control

Electronic Diary management

Collating and analysing data ad hoc

Maintaining records and databases

The successful candidate's profile

Skills and Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Business 365 administration, including user setup, permissions management, and troubleshooting technical queries.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices to ensure secure management of company data and systems.

Experience in managing and configuring laptops and other devices for new employees, including software installation and configuration.

Knowledge of GDPR compliance requirements and experience ensuring systems and documents meet privacy and security standards.

Ability to set up and maintain document management systems, ensuring proper access controls and security measures.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for business collaboration, document storage, and permissions.

Experience with managing software updates, system backups, and user access logs to ensure a secure and efficient IT environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Great communication skills and the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner Able to handle information professionally and confidentially, with the upmost discretion Proven experience of working in a similar role Great communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally Maintaining records of expenses

SALARY: 28k (pro rata)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
