In this role, you will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed.
Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism.
Oversee scheduling for repairs and services to optimize productivity.
Utilize for financial tracking and reporting.
Competitively quote and win jobs for the workshop
Answer the telephone and deal with each individual call.
Up Sell and make the most of any opportunities that arise to increase a sale whilst keeping integrity of the work needed.
Qualifications
? Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
? Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
? Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
? Effectively action quotations and building strong relationships with our partners
? Attention to detail and organisational skills
? Ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
