Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth transportation service.
Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
Implement job handling and maintain standards to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Utilize dispatch systems for efficient booking processing and inventory management.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
Monitor customer satisfaction and presentation to uphold the establishment's reputation.
Collaborate with company staff to manage and improve overall transportation experience.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the taxi industry is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Experience in shift management, ensuring operational efficiency during peak hours.
Familiarity with taxi dispatch systems and their application in booking service environments.
Previous experience supervising taxi companies and staff is advantageous.
