Duties
Supervise and manage office staff, ensuring effective team collaboration and productivity.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Oversee administrative functions including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Implement and maintain organisational systems to enhance office efficiency.
Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries from clients or vendors.
Utilise QuickBooks for managing financial records and assisting with budgeting processes.
Develop and implement office policies to improve workflow and productivity.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with human resources practices is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organisation.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
