The Role



As our

Team Executive

, you will be the driving force behind our office, ensuring everything--and everyone--runs smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for all operational aspects, from daily administration to strategic improvements, making sure our clients receive a seamless and exceptional experience.

This is a role with

real responsibility

--you'll oversee processes, analyse data to spot efficiencies, and work closely with the directors to shape the future of the business. No two days will be the same, but your influence will be felt in every area, from sales and lettings to social media and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

- Ensure the office runs efficiently, managing workflows, processes, and team coordination.

Client & Team Support

- Be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members, handling enquiries, bookings, and scheduling with precision.

Process Improvement

- Analyse data and systems to identify ways to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
?

Multi-Department Involvement

- Work across sales, lettings, marketing, and business development, ensuring alignment and smooth operations.

Leadership & Progression

- Collaborate closely with directors, with clear opportunities to grow into higher leadership roles as we expand.
