Description and requirementsSkanska, one of the world's leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society.We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our Building team on a major project in central London. This is a site-based role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of a busy project office.What you'll do:

  • Set up the administration processes for the site, ensuring that these processes are maintained throughout the project
  • Manage the induction process and set up of new starters, including IT accounts and equipment
  • Assist with diary management for project staff while tracking holidays and identifying possible issues to the Project Director
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to facilitate meetings, taking minutes when required and manage the meeting room schedule for the office
  • Assist with the production of reports, letters and presentations
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Proven track record in prior Office Management or PA role
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skill
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
