Experience working in fast-paced, people-facing environments (hospitality, retail, events, or something similar) A knack for keeping things organised -- whether it's a shared calendar or a messy inbox Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort using (or learning) tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack

You're probably someone who:

--------------------------------

Likes figuring things out and learning as you go Notices the little things that others miss Likes being part of a team and helping people out Takes ownership -- if you see something that needs doing, you do it Wants to grow -- whether that means staying in operations or branching out into other parts of the business

What We Offer:

------------------

Competitive pay, ample vacation time, and support for a healthy-work life balance A beautiful, sunny office space in central London (near Southwark station) or Hong Kong (in Central). Both stocked with great coffee A calm, supportive team that's serious about doing great work (but doesn't take itself too seriously) * The chance to learn how a tech company works from the inside and grow alongside it
