Take ownership of a vital organisational role at the centre of a creative PR agency, supporting senior leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, arts-driven environment.

A respected London-based PR agency, known for its work across the arts and cultural sector, is seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee internal systems and provide administrative support to the founder. This is a hands-on role, based in a welcoming office near Embankment station, and offers the opportunity to work closely with a female-led leadership team in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

You'll play a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, managing internal processes, and assisting the founder with core business activities. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for organisation, strong communication skills and a natural ability to multitask in a creative environment.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:



Managing internal operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining company systems Coordinating the founder's diary, booking meetings and ensuring efficient time management Monitoring shared inboxes, responding to enquiries and preparing briefing materials Supporting internal processes such as contract generation, expense tracking and invoicing Maintaining digital filing systems, databases and updating records across Excel and Xero Overseeing team travel, events and social activities, including liaising with suppliers and venues Providing logistical support for company podcasts, publishing projects and web updates Ensuring the office is fully stocked and operational, managing cleaners, deliveries and supply orders Supporting intern and new starter onboarding, including preparation of briefing materials Working closely with the Associate Director on streamlining company workflows and documentation

Here Are The Skills You'll Need:



Previous experience (2-3 years) in an office coordinator, operations or senior administrative role Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication Reliable, discreet and confident in handling sensitive or confidential information Highly self-motivated with an eye for detail and proactive approach Skilled in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience using Xero is advantageous Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Interest in the arts or experience working in a creative or cultural setting is desirable Salary 26,000 - 34,000 Depending on experience
