TRC Contracts Ltd
are looking for an Office Manager to join and manage our team. This is a role suitable for an experienced administrator with the drive and proactive approach to help TRC grow . A genuine willingness to learn, and suggest and implement new process, along with a good work ethic is essential. Full training will be given into our current processes and operations, and there is a great opportunity for development within TRC, for the correct candidate.
This is a full time position. 9am - 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
Job Responsibilities
The main job responsibilities are as follows, although this is not an exhaustive list and as Office Manager the role will include a working knowledge of the Admin Teams responsibilities also :
IT Queries
Ordering new hardware - phones, laptops, tablets
Completing Client PQQ's
Accreditation Renewals -Chas, Construction Line, Fensa, PAS 2030 etc
Subcontractor Questionnaires and onboarding
Ensuring HQ building compliance / resolving problems
General office queries / administration
Upload new queries to customer service portal'
Building Safety checks
Monitoring and completing entries onto the TRC CRM system
Management of the admin team
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of all levels of experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining an ability to remain focused on the most important task at hand.
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
Good attitude to learning new skills and being a team player.
