Summary



We are seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team at Crystal Clear Window Systems LTD. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and enhancing our customer service experience. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing team dynamics, and maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Manage team schedules, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed. Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide exceptional service. Maintain accurate records of office activities and customer interactions. Assist with human resources functions, including onboarding new staff. Utilise Excel for financial tracking and reporting as necessary. Implement organisational systems to improve workflow and productivity.

Requirements



Proven experience in an office management or administrative role. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
