Job Summary


Experienced Office Manager wanted to run a busy commercial real estate company. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day office operations that keep the company running smoothly, providing exceptional customer service. Negotiating skills and experience with Rental Leases and tenant management required with a proven track record of at least three years experience within the commercial property industry at management level. Duties



Office management and compliance HR and finance support Implement procedures to ensure efficient running of the organisation Ensure office technology functions correctly Develop and implement information and administrative systems Manage digital and paper filing systems, ensuring that data protection laws are adhered to. Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Conduct viewings of properties and provide detailed information to potential tenants. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory agreements. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions in our database. Utilise property management software for record keeping related to sales and lettings. Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the Lettings process.

Skills



Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office/Outlook for daily tasks. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Ability to type efficiently for data entry purposes. 3 years minimum, previous experience in an administrative role is essential. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence is crucial. An understanding of commercial leases, licenses etc. Property management experience required.
