Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent clerical abilities, and a knack for team management. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing office resources, and providing support to staff members.

Duties



Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in service processes. Manage human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Supervise and support service staff and road engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain accurate records and documentation using our CRM Software. Handle incoming communications with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management. Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment. Manage social media content and marketing promotions. Handle various tasks related to companies financial transactions and reporting.

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage a team effectively while promoting a positive and cheerful work culture. Proficient in clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Strong understanding of human resources practices is a plus. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Pay: 27,858.00-29,388.00 per year
