Job Responsibilities to:
Processes customer's orders through internal systems; Taking inbound and outbound calls; Dealing with complaints and enquiries regarding customer@s orders; Checking on the status of a clients orders and updating on changes immediately; Processing invoices and dealing with enquiries regarding the invoices; general admin duties, keeping customers accounts up to date; advises on the handling all enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and vacancy records; ensures that procedures for considering, issuing, amending and endorsing insurance policies are adhered to; Advanced on excel and word skills; carries out surveys and analyses customers reactions to product, packaging, price; compiles and analyses sales figures, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and supports market research; Supports the accounts manager and other departments from time to time.
