5Tel have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Admin Manager to join our team at 5Tel. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
5Tel is a multi-channel, payment service provider offering a range of online processing, payment terminals and merchant services.
5Tel is about service beyond the transaction. Whatever the size of a business, large or small, there is a requirement to effectively manage and have visibility of cash generated by card transactions. 5Tel delivers real transaction visibility, payment trends and consumer intelligence through its online platform.
Technical Support and Office Admin role will involve duties including:
Dealing with customer technical queries
Diagnosing and resolving card machine queries
Sending and responding to emails
Dealing with accounts, raising invoices and bills. Experience using Xero software will considered
Completing application forms for new clients,
Liaising with partnered acquiring banks and sales representatives
Completing billing for existing and new clients,
Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls
Scanning/ printing documents and managing files on company drive.
What we're looking for in our potential candidate to have:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good all round IT skills and highly proficient in MS Office Products
- Ability to multitask in a small but busy team environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines without errors and under pressure
