We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in office management software, including Sage Line 50.
Duties
Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Line 50 and manage budgeting processes.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conductive to productivity.
Experience
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is essential.
Familiarity with human resources practices is an advantage.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using for financial management.
Strong clerical and administrative experience is required.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
