Overview:



We, Playland Amusements, are looking for a highly organised and detailed Office Manager/Bookkeeper to support the business with general bookkeeping work, managing a small team and to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operation. Must have 3 years' experience within a similar role.

The Package



400 - 550 per week (20,800 - 28,600) 30 Hours per week Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends!) 09:00am - 15:00pm or 10:00am - 16:00pm Company pension Free parking on site Great transport links Other company benefits

The Role



Office Manager must be highly organised to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. Office Manager to provide support across all departments and complete bookkeeping duties ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking. Process payroll using BrightPay, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations. To perform general administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, filing and scheduling. Answer and direct phone calls and correspondence in a courteous and professional manner. Office Manager to complete day to day tasks such as organising meetings, maintain office procedures and policies and enhance productivity and compliance.

The Requirements



Must have Xero accounting software and BrightPay Payroll experience. Experience in office management and bookkeeping roles. Worked in a similar face paced office environment. Strong verbal and communication skills.
