SALES ADMINISTRATOR / PRODUCTION PLANNER - MINIMUM 25 HOUR PER WEEK
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work in a well established textile manufacturing business in the heart of Treorchy
Office opening Hours are 9 am to 5pm Monday -Friday
Working hours flexible between 9 am to 5pm Monday -Friday (can be spread across 4 days)
Permanently office based NOT HOME WORKING
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Stock control data entry
Answering customer queries by telephone and e-mail.
Liaising with different departments within the factory
Basic production planning
Admin support to Managing Director
EXPECTATIONS
GCSE in Maths & English
User of Microsoft (specifically Word and Excel)
You will be highly organised, articulate, and have first class communication skills, being able to communicate confidently.
A knowledge of using Sage would be desirable but not essential as training will be given.
