As a office/sales administrator, you will be a vital part of our small, friendly sales team. You will provide exceptional customer service and use your strong communication skills to engage with clients. Your core customer service and communication skills will be essential in building relationships and effectively addressing customer needs. You will be vital in driving sales growth and expanding our client base.
Your relevant skills in English, IT, time management, and organisational skills, along with a friendly and approachable character, will enable you to handle multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall success of our sales department. You will have an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail. Knowledge of Exact software would be an advantage; however, full training will be given. Join our team and be a valuable asset in achieving our sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Days & hours:
5 days a week Mon - Frid (4 days can be negotiated)
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Duties to include:
Receiving & processing orders / generating invoices from customers & suppliers
Answering the telephone
Filing
General administration office duties
Must be able to work individually and as part of a team
