Excellent written communication and confident phone/email manner
Comfortable working in a neurodiverse environment--experience with ADHD, dyslexia, or similar is a bonus
Friendly, focused, adaptable, and happy to wear multiple hats in a small business to help drive it
Self-employed or freelance to begin with (PAYE could follow for the right fit)
Bonus: A love of beautiful stationery, marketing, sustainability, or brand storytelling
