We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities



Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette Maintain office supplies and equipment Organize and schedule appointments Provide support in organizing meetings and events

Requirements



Proven experience in an administrative role Proficiency in data entry and office management systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

Pay: 31,512.00-34,908.00 per year
