Office & Studio Coordinator
to join our team. This is a varied role combining administration, customer service, sales, and social media support.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide warm, professional customer service
Respond to emails and handle all client enquiries
Manage bookings and maintain an accurate studio diary
Conduct outbound telesales to follow up leads and promote studio sessions
Support marketing activities and lead-generation campaigns
Oversee general office duties to keep the studio running smoothly
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content
Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from first contact onwards
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and telephone manner
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Confident in sales conversations and customer engagement
Ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable using email, booking systems, and social media platforms
Friendly, approachable, and reliable team player
