We are seeking an experienced and dedicated

Registered Manager

to lead our Ofsted-registered 16+ provision in Northampton. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of vulnerable young adults as they transition to independence.

About the Role

As our Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of our residential care facility for young people aged 16+. You'll ensure we maintain our high standards of care while meeting all regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team of support workers and key workers

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations, maintaining our registration

Quality Assurance

: Implement robust quality assurance systems and drive continuous service improvement

Young Person Centered Care

: Oversee personalised care planning and pathway development for each resident

Safeguarding

: Maintain the highest safeguarding standards and promote young people's welfare

Partnership Working

: Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and external agencies

Financial Management

: Manage budgets effectively while maintaining service quality
What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:



Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management . Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior management role within residential childcare Proven track record of successful Ofsted inspections Strong understanding of legislation including Children Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000 Excellent leadership and communication skills Enhanced DBS clearance

Desirable:



Experience specifically with 16+ semi-independent living provisions Relevant degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field Experience with care planning and pathway development Knowledge of local authority commissioning processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
