Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Ofstead Registered Childcare / Childminder Provider. The ideal candidate will be looking after a new-born baby and 6 years child. The candidate must have a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being, their development through play and educational activities.

Duties

Childcare support with 6 years old and new-born. Including school runs Day time child care. Generally activities with the children. Supervise and engage with ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare. Manage daily routines including meal times, nap times, and playtime in an organized manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the childcare environment to provide a welcoming space for children. Drive initiatives that encourage learning through play, creativity, and exploration.

Skills

Strong background in Early Childhood Education or relevant experience working with children. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with children and parents alike. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and positive attitude. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and promote teamwork within the childcare setting. A genuine love for children and a commitment to their development and well-being.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14,759.36-41,936.97 per year
