A well-supported and ambitious provider is seeking an experienced

Registered Manager

to lead a newly registered 3-bed home in Ealing for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The home is fully registered with Ofsted and is preparing for its first child placement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a new setting, build your own team, and lead from day one with full senior-level backing.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong, values-led leadership for the staff team and children in placement Ensure the home meets and exceeds the requirements of Ofsted's Quality Standards and Regulations Promote a child-centred, trauma-informed approach to care Support, supervise, and develop staff through regular leadership and performance management Build and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies, families, and stakeholders Drive improvement, compliance, and a positive safeguarding culture across the home

Requirements:

Must currently hold or have previously held Registered Manager status

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience working in EBD Residential settings Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Full UK driving licence preferred
