This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable leader to step into a home that is already registered and operational, with a stable and experienced staff team in place. You'll have the autonomy to shape care practice, supported by a senior leadership team committed to high standards, positive outcomes, and a therapeutic ethos.
The successful candidate will have:
A
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
(Children's Residential)
A
Level 3 Diploma
in Residential Childcare
A strong leadership presence and understanding of trauma-informed care
A proven ability to lead staff and promote high-quality, safe care
A
UK driving licence
This role would suit an experienced
Registered Manager
or a strong
Deputy Manager
ready to take the next step in their career.
