Duties
Product Listing & Optimization:
Create, update, and optimize listings across eBay, Amazon, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, Backmarket, and other relevant platforms.
Write compelling product descriptions, take and edit product images, and ensure accurate technical specifications.
Online Sales Management:
Manage pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
Process orders, returns, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, messages, and feedback.
Customer Service:
Deliver excellent customer service before and after sales.
Handle disputes, complaints, and issues across platforms efficiently and professionally.
Marketing & Promotion:
Run promotions, discounts, and advertising campaigns on platforms like TikTok and Facebook.
Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
Wholesale Sales:
Identify and build relationships with wholesale clients.
Negotiate bulk deals and manage B2B transactions.
Inventory & Stock Control:
Coordinate with the warehouse or tech department to ensure accurate stock levels.
Maintain inventory records and ensure products are accurately categorized.
Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports and performance analysis.
Track KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rate, return rate, and customer satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in
online sales
or
e-commerce
, preferably in IT or electronics.
Familiarity with
used/refurbished IT products
(laptops, PCs, monitors, accessories).
Proficient in using platforms like
eBay, Amazon, Facebook, TikTok Shop
, and
Backmarket
.
Knowledge of SEO for product listings and platform-specific algorithms.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
Basic photo editing and familiarity with listing tools or inventory management software.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a similar role within the IT resale/refurbishing industry. 3-5 years e-commerce sales experience
Understanding of e-commerce logistics, return policies, and buyer protection standards.
Experience using order management tools and CRM software.
