About the Role:





As an On-site Agile Support, you will be at the heart of our premises projects, including the OGW Agile and pipework project, the Edinburgh fitout, and potential expansion.




What you'll be doing:




Transforming Office Spaces:

From agile refurbishments in Bristol to office expansions in London and Edinburgh, you'll help set up desks, clear down office spaces, and ensure everything is ready for contractor works.

Liaising with Suppliers and Contractors:

You'll coordinate with various suppliers and contractors to meet strict deadlines and ensure smooth project execution.

Learning IT and Facilities Basics:

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT and facilities management.

Hardware Management:

Handle hardware installation, configuration, upgrades, new builds, and maintenance.

Incident Resolution:

Assist in resolving incidents, respond to ad hoc queries, and communicate effectively via email, phone, or face-to-face.



What We're Looking For:




Basic IT Knowledge:

A foundational understanding of IT is preferred, but full training will be provided.

PC Setup and Troubleshooting:

Working knowledge of PC setup, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office.

Organisational Skills:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

Self-Motivation and Teamwork:

A self-motivated individual who is also a team player.

Attention to Detail:

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
