OSM Manager

to lead our daily operations.

The Role

As a OSM Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of our delivery service. You'll oversee drivers, rota scheduling, and fleet management while ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position where flexibility is key -- you may be required to step in to support on the road during emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or unexpected driver shortages.

Key Responsibilities

Manage RIGR daily operations from DCR2 (Croydon) an average

21+ routes per day

Live local or minimum South London if possible

Supervise daily operations and manage team performance. Implement effective strategies for parcel delivery efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Utilize project management software to track progress and outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement. Manage resources effectively to meet delivery targets. Recruit, train, and manage a team of delivery drivers. Oversee fleet performance, including maintenance and breakdown support. Monitor delivery operations, safety, and performance standards. Step in to cover delivery gaps when required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within logistics or delivery services preferably Amazon Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: 130.00-160.00 per day
