Operational Support Specialist
to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, excellent customer experience, and continuous improvement in our processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for customer queries, requests, and opportunities.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflows.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage set-ups, production, and deliveries.
Troubleshoot and escalate operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across supply, sales, PGS, PEBV, and customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
2+ years in operational support, customer service, or related field (plant/manufacturing experience a plus).
Proficiency in office software; SAP or supply chain systems knowledge is an advantage.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Passion for ensuring patient access to medicines in global clinical trials.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 37.60-50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
Work Location: Remote
