Role Overview:





This role will support the Operations Hub by overseeing the administration of our hotel operations systems, with a primary focus on food and beverage. You will play a key role in ensuring these systems remain up to date, are consistently used in line with our processes and procedures, and that Head Chefs and Food Beverage Managers receive the support they need.


Main Responsibilities:



Management of joiner and leaver requests for operations systems, processing these in line with controls and standards of each system. System troubleshooting and liaising with system technology support. Inputting of relevant data, managing data input and update requests Support in the administration of the operations systems including updating the Point of Sale, food beverage procurement requirements, restaurant booking platforms including permission management, password resets, price adjustments, menu configuration and adding food and beverage items to systems. Support in, organizing and preparing meetings within the Operations Hub department. Participate in month end reporting procedures in relation to kitchen stock by helping chef with stock count sheet organisation prior to month end and help with spot checks after counts are made Assist in planning and scheduling HS and COSHH tasks for FB and the kitchen teams to ensure monthly compliance for their departments Assist FB and kitchen management with menu engineering: creating new recipes, dishes and menus into Procure Wizard and calculating dish and Beverage GPs.

Experience in using Microsoft office packages, including Microsoft Outlook email and calendar, Power Point, Excel and Word Strong organisation skills, with a flair for systems and administration. Previous experience in FB or/and hotel operations Awareness of Health and safety procedures within kitchens, food areas and Hotels Previous experience of collaborating with other departments and team members Ability to analyse financial records and produce findings and reports A hands-on, proactive approach; taking personal responsibility and initiative to prevent or resolve problems Experience with hospitality focused systems: Zonal, Open Table Procure Wizard
