Overview


Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Handling customer orders, ensuring accurate details and timely fulfillment.

Production Support:

Assisting with production scheduling, monitoring progress, and identifying potential problems.

Quality Control:

Supporting the quality control process, ensuring products meet standards.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to orders, and production.

Communication:

Acting as a point of contact for both staff & customers
Skills and Qualifications:

Organisational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Attention to Detail:

Accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and customers.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.

Manufacturing Knowledge:

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Additional Notes:

This role could be an entry-level position or a more experienced role depending on the specific company and requirements. Other tasks include customer service and sales support. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the SIP manufacturing facility.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
