About the Role



KSS NW LTD is seeking a proactive and highly organised

Operations Administrator

to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is a vital role at the heart of our business, providing essential support to our Directors and Head of Operations.

The Details



Flexibility:

We are looking for a minimum commitment of

16 hours per week

. However, there is a strong possibility these hours will increase up to full-time as the role progresses.

Key Responsibilities



You will manage administrative functions across various departments, including:

People & Compliance:

Collating recruitment and training documents, HR onboarding support, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Finance & Logistics:

Processing purchase orders, managing payroll hours, and arranging transport and accommodation for staff.

Office Management:

Diary management for Directors, handling incoming calls/emails, inventory control, and setting up meeting/training rooms.

Event Support:

Assisting with festival logistics (scheduling and coordination) and company event planning.

Reporting:

Building professional client reports and maintaining an airtight filing system.

What We're Looking For



Experience:

At least 1 year of administrative experience (Operations experience is a plus).

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, specifically

Excel and Word

.

Organisational Skills:

A proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and anticipate business needs before they arise.

Communication:

A professional telephone manner and excellent written skills.

Adaptability:

A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
