Job Requirements





The Role
We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy HR & Operations Manager to join our team and help us scale effectively. You will provide hands-on HR administrative support, lead operational initiatives, and support cross-functional projects--particularly involving CRM systems and company-wide data workflows. This is a key role at the intersection of people, process, and technology.



Key Responsibilities:


HR Administration & SupportTake ownership of day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. Support with recruitment including curation of job specs, adverts, initial shortlisting and communication during the process Coordinate performance review cycles, employee feedback processes, and training & development initiatives. Ensure HR compliance, including policies, contracts, and legal requirements across relevant geographies. Support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and internal communications.


Operations & Project Support

Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Support internal systems implementation and rollouts (e.g., HRIS, CRM, data tools). Assist with documentation, project timelines, and inter-team coordination. Provide administrative oversight of core processes

Technology & Data Projects

Support the implementation, adoption, and optimisation of our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, etc.). Maintain accurate data records across systems and support data hygiene initiatives. Collaborate on data-driven initiatives such as reporting, dashboards, and operational insights. Liaise with IT and external vendors on tool integrations and upgrades.

Job Responsibilities



Key Requirements:

Proven experience in an HR and/or operations role (minimum 3-5 years). Tech-savvy with strong experience in digital tools: HRIS, CRM platforms, G Suite, project management tools. Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement and data accuracy. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a collaborative, evolving environment.

Desirable Experience:

Experience working in a startup or fast-growing SME. Involvement in CRM implementations or data migration projects (Hubspot specifically). Familiarity with automation tools is a bonus. Basic understanding of analytics or reporting tools
