Job Summary


We are seeking an

experienced and proactive Operations & Production Manager

to oversee our manufacturing and operational activities.

You will be responsible for the

effective day-to-day running of operations

, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving continuous improvement across the business. This role requires strong leadership, practical operational knowledge, and the ability to plan, organise, and optimise workflows.

You'll work closely with the Directors and General Manager, supporting

planning, people, systems, and performance

Duties



Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of products. Creating efficient daily staff schedules that balance customer demand, production capacity, and deadlines. Acting as a key point of liaison with customers, with a strong sales and service focus Oversee quality control procedures to maintain product standards and compliance with industry regulations. Full coordination of our hire products including customer liaison and managing and booking couriers. Planning ad coordinating installation schedules with our in-house fitting team Manage supply chain logistics to ensure seamless procurement of materials and distribution of finished goods. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through staff training, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
