We are a fast-growing gaming and licensed collectables distribution business, working with exciting brands and delivering high-quality products to retailers, e-commerce platforms, and marketplaces across the UK and internationally. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day operational processes.
Job Summary
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations across inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics, and customer service. You will work closely with our Operations and Sales teams to support business growth and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and update stock levels and inventory tracking files to ensure accuracy and availability.
Prepare customer orders for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner.
Update customer orders and manage fulfilment across multiple retail accounts, including direct and marketplace partners.
Create shipping labels and coordinate the collection and delivery of goods with couriers and logistics providers.
Prepare and manage Amazon FBA shipments, including product labelling, packaging, and shipment creation in Seller Central.
Inspect product samples and inbound goods for quality control and compliance with specifications.
Handle customer service queries via email and phone, providing prompt and professional support.
Monitor and maintain retailer dropship platforms, ensuring accurate order processing and product listings.
Complete product information forms and respond to imagery and data requests from retail partners.
Provide general support to the operations and sales teams, assisting with projects, reporting, and process improvements.
Requirements
Previous experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative support role is preferrable.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with using inventory and order management systems is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn as well as being hands on when required.
