The Opportunity

Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate are two of the world's leading Super Premium wine brands and this is an amazing opportunity to be part of a global wine industry success story.


Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will join a high performing team in our UK sales office that is focused on aiming high, gaining mastery and winning together. This is a busy and varied role where you will be liaising with our in-market sales team, our New Zealand office team and UK and Europe customer accounts. You will be responsible for the coordination of activities in operations, logistics, inventory and reporting, health & safety, and supporting all aspects of the efficient running of the sales office.

Professional and proactive in your approach as exceptional customer service is important to you A driven team player who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment High level of attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers and calculations Intermediate to advanced computer skills (specifically MS office Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and ability to effectively learn new software Previous operations, logistics or sales administration experience preferred (ideal if you have around 1-2 years of experience) College level qualification desirable A passion for wine and/or knowledge of the wine industry beneficial
