At Raphael's Silverwings we're seeking a proactive
Operations Manager
to oversee our entire operational framework. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day activities, optimize processes, and maintain high standards across all sites. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, strategic thinking, and frequent on-the-ground engagement.
Duties
Site Visits:
Conduct regular on-site inspections (local travel required) to monitor operations, safety, and compliance.
Meetings & Coordination:
Lead daily/weekly meetings with teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align goals and resolve issues.
End-to-End Operations:
Manage logistics, resource allocation, budgeting, and workflow efficiency across all departments.
Process Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Team Support:
Mentor staff, enforce policies, and ensure adherence to health/safety regulations.
Reporting:
Track KPIs and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
Requirements
Proven Experience:
2+ years in operations management, or a similar field.
Leadership Skills
: Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and handle high-pressure situations.
Organizational Excellence:
Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Communication:
Confident in meetings, presentations, and written reports.
Tech Proficiency:
Familiarity with using computers and related basic tools.
Mobility:
Full driver's license and willingness to travel locally for site visits.
Preference:
Native citizens/residents
