We currently have an opportunity for an
Operations Manager
, who will oversee the daily operations of our parking enforcement business. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader capable of driving operational excellence, streamlining workflows, ensuring service delivery across all sites, and supporting cross-functional teams to maintain and elevate standards across our nationwide operations.
As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all operational aspects of our parking enforcement sites including equipment installations (ANPR, Pay & Display), SIM/router maintenance, signage compliance, and stock control.
Collaborating with IT and Engineering teams to ensure consistent service delivery and timely resolution of operational issues. Collaborating with sales team for timely new site onboarding.
Serving as the escalation point for client concerns. Monitoring support tickets through Zoho Desk and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Managing all new site implementations through Zoho Projects, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with company protocols.
Leading and mentoring site-based and office-based teams, allocating resources effectively, conducting regular team reviews, and enforcing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and managing inventory systems, including those for technical equipment.
Working closely with the Operations Director on strategic planning, process improvements, and business continuity planning.
The ideal candidate working as an Operations Manager will display:
Proven team leadership and resource planning skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines.
Practical knowledge of parking technology systems (ANPR, payment kiosks, SIM-based routers).
Proficiency in operational software such as Zoho (Desk, Projects), Microsoft Office Suite, or similar platforms.
Process-driven mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Operations Management.
At least 2 years in a team management/supervisory capacity.
Prior experience in the parking management or enforcement industry is highly preferred.
A degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field is beneficial.
