We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our existing Epione team. Working closely with the Director, you'll be instrumental in managing the operational heartbeat of Epione, while contributing to strategic growth. Key Duties
1. Operational Oversight
Coordinate and oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth delivery of Epione's training programmes.
Maintain and improve systems for scheduling, trainer deployment and training logistics.
2. Financial Administration
Support financial planning and budgeting processes.
3. CRM and Data Management
Maintain and optimise Epione's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track engagement, licensing agreements and work accross the UK.
4. Team and Trainer Support
Act as a central point of contact of support for internally and externally approved associate trainers, supporting onboarding, scheduling, and delivery.
5. Course Coordination and Certification
Oversee course registration processes, manage waiting lists, issue joining instructions, and ensure timely distribution of certificates and evaluations.
Liaise with BPS and other accrediting bodies to maintain standards and fulfil reporting requirements.
6. Client Liaison and Support
Serve as the first point of contact for client organisations booking training or consultancy services.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and follow-through, including dealing with queries, feedback, and escalation of issues if necessary.
7. Policy and Quality Assurance
Maintain and update internal policies in line with Epione's values and compliance standards with accredited training bodies.
Assist with quality assurance reviews, evaluation analysis, and impact reports to stakeholders.
8. Business Development Support
Provide administrative support for partnership proposals.
Help prepare reports, and marketing material to support business growth.
9. Digital and E-Learning Support
Support the logistics of e-learning platform.
10. Strategic Project Support
Support the Directors with project tracking, meeting coordination, and reporting for strategic initiatives.
