Job Description
The ADA Car Consultancy is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to help run the business.
Robert Glossop founded Clover Leaf Cars in 1965. This company expanded into a network of 10 franchised dealerships including Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volvo, Ford and others.
The ADA Car Consultancy is a development of Clover Leaf Cars in response to the dramatic changes in the motor trade which call for A Different Approach and a renewed emphasis on service with integrity.
The Company works with the March Foundation which supports vulnerable children with learning difficulties through education and into employment.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Founder in our office in Greywell, Hampshire.
Hours and remuneration
16 hours a week @ 18.00 per hour + bonuses. 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Flexible. On target earnings 16,000 p.a.
The essentials for this job are:
Advanced I.T. skills (must be proficient user of MS Office suite).
Enthusiastic sales and marketing attitude and proficiency.
Exceptional communication skills, must be able to communicate at all levels
Confident and pleasant telephone manner
Proven reliability
Duties will include (but are not restricted to):
Liaising with all members of the ADA team, and volunteers for the March Foundation charity.
Maintaining, improving and developing, the organisation's processes and systems.
Scheduling, organising and progressing the resultant meetings and appointments.
Subject to satisfactory progress with the ADA Car Consultancy, assisting with the creation and development of the ADA Listening School (a different approach to leadership training linked to the whole organisation).
Managing all correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, and letters.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 17.00-18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
