is a professional business who provide expert service and advise to the commercial and domestic Pest Control market. We

specialise in bird management

, which includes engineering projects (netting), clearance projects and flying birds of prey in a controlled environment.

We mostly work in the Midlands, however some projects are further afield and offer the opportunity to travel.

We are looking for an experienced

Operations Manager

to oversee our pest control, falconry, and engineering operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing diverse teams, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations for pest control, falconry, and engineering services.

- Manage and coordinate teams across different service areas, ensuring optimal performance.

- Be comfortable working outdoors or in confined spaces and at height!

- Foster strong relationships with staff and clients, providing support and resolving any issues that may arise

- Ensure all equipment and materials are maintained and regularly inspected for safety#

- Train and mentor staff to improve skills and knowledge across all services

Required Qualifications/skills:

- Full and Clean Driving Licence (essential)

- Previous pest elimination industry or field service experience advantageous.

- Possess or able to obtain state pest certification (RSPH/IPCA)

- IPAF / PASMA / SSSTS / H&S / CITB / CSCS Card (an advantage but not essential)

- Ability to plan and prioritise workload

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
