We are a growing hospitality and lifestyle brand based in London, with a strong portfolio of Japanese and Korean-inspired restaurants and concept stores.

We are now seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager who is proactive and resilient , with a focus on new shop openings, to join our expanding team.

Our shops include Kimchee Korean restaurant, Kineya udon shop and Sushinoya sushi take away shop!

In this role, you will be the driving force behind launching new stores across London and potentially beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving complex problems on the ground, and is energized by fast-paced, ever-changing environments. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of launching new stores--from construction handover to team onboarding and post-opening performance.

From site handover to soft launch and post-opening optimization, you'll lead every operational aspect, ensuring each new location opens on time, on budget, and delivers a seamless customer experience.

You'll work closely with our culinary, retail, HR, marketing, and design teams to align our brand standards across all touchpoints. You'll also support day-to-day operational excellence across our existing locations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability.

Key Focus Areas

Lead all operational aspects of new restaurant and concept store openings Develop and execute project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget launches Coordinate closely with culinary, HR, retail, and marketing teams Establish and implement SOPs, operational workflows, and team training Act as the key problem-solver in high-pressure situations Support ongoing operations improvements across existing sites

Pay: 45,000.00-65,000.00 per year
