Some people train because they have to. Others, because they love it. But this lot? Well, if they couldn't get to a gym they would wither and die. Our Operations Managers are just obsessed with creating amazing in-club fitness experience. It's their ridiculously high standards that make members keep coming back, working hard and feeling pumped.

So, what will you be getting up to as Operations Manager?

Well, you'll:Manage and run all aspects of Operations within the club Support the GM and champion Health and Safety, ensuring daily/weekly/monthly checks are complete Become best friends with our Maintenance Teams and Contractors to ensure club standards are kept 100 at all times Work hand in hand with the clubs PT manager to ensure we have a happy team of VPT's Train everyone else around you to keep Operational standards the highest they can be Be an all-star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox. < V important.

What we're after

Great communication skills, self-starting mindset, being up for a challenge and having a positive attitude are absolute musts. Amazing organisational skills are important, with so much going on in our gyms there is a lot to administer and keep track of, so experience in an administrative or management role would be ideal but not essential. Ideally you'd have a background in fitness or sport, as knowledge of the industry will give you that edge.
