Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of maintaining high standards in both service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience.
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and reduce waste.
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and cost control.

Pay: 38,000.00-40,000.00 per year
