What you'll be doing



Lead, manage, and support fulfilment, pick & pack, production, and dispatch teams to achieve operational excellence Ensure outstanding accuracy, minimise errors, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction Drive continuous improvements in speed and efficiency while maintaining high quality standards Assign daily tasks and align the team around priorities and goals Delegate effectively by matching responsibilities to individual strengths and development needs Identify operational inefficiencies and implement lean, scalable solutions to optimise performance Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support growth and consistency Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership Foster team development through coaching, constructive feedback, and regular one-to-one meetings Manage performance and interpersonal issues promptly, fairly, and professionally to maintain a positive working environment Promote a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team culture Encourage strong team ethics and personal accountability by setting clear KPIs aligned with business objectives Enforce health and safety standards, correct equipment use, and workspace cleanliness Communicate delays or issues clearly and proactively to the wider team Take ownership of onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives for new hires Make informed, critical decisions to support a "right first time" mindset Stay flexible and adaptable, always willing to step in where needed

What we're looking for



Proven experience managing and leading a team, ideally in a warehouse or operational setting Skilled at improving processes, driving efficiency, and maintaining organisation Positive, proactive, and people-focused, with a passion for helping others perform at their best Strong organisational skills and a love for well-structured systems Reliable, calm under pressure, and always thinking ahead Genuine desire to do good, help others, and make a meaningful difference High level of integrity, consistently putting customers and patients first

What We Offer



Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm on site in Kent (CT12 5GY) Salary of up to 35,000 DOE Private healthcare provided by the company Company pension scheme Option to trade bank holidays for extra annual leave 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
