Operations Manager

Position Overview:


The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Vacant Nests, ensuring efficient processes, smooth project delivery, and consistent client satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments. Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline operations and improve productivity. Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment with company goals. Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to drive operational excellence. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure that materials and resources are available when needed. Handle day-to-day troubleshooting and resolve operational issues promptly. Produce regular reports on performance metrics and operational KPIs. Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior staff, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably in the property, construction, or facilities management sectors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and performance analysis. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency. Knowledge of project management tools and software. A degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not required. A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
