Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams effectively. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Duties

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Recruitment, retention and training Marketing/Media and driving new sales Enhance Community involvement and engagement Oversee maintenance and Health & Safety Analyse performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Prepare regular reports on operational performance for Board of Directors. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Manage resources and inventory effectively.

Requirements

Must have experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role. Strong understanding of performance management principles. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings. Proficient in using various software applications related to operations management. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in project management is advantageous.
